At the High Fiona Eve quorum of October 2004, the group undertook a number of historic decisions:

  • J. Irving Israel was roundly and unanimously censured by the quorum members;
  • Arieh Leib Leo Africanus was nominated and inaugurated as the group's first official mascot;
  • The first so-called Risorgimento resulted in the dissolution of the Privy Council and Joints Chiefs of Staff and the assignment of a suite of individual offices and portfolios.
